Where To Find BrandMaker Product Documentation

Introduction

The BrandMaker product (and its modules) are available in a number of distinct versions. For each version, each BrandMaker module has its own version-specific documentation.

To make it easy to find documentation for the specific version and modules you are using, all BrandMaker products (up to version 7.4) feature links to the documentation within the product itself. 

This article describes how to find the right user and administrator guides for any of your BrandMaker products.

Find BrandMaker Product Documentation

While you are using any BrandMaker module, you can easily view and browse the user guides (or administrator guides, if applicable) at any time using a convenient link.

To find the documentation for any BrandMaker product, follow these steps: 

1. Sign in to your BrandMaker instance.
2. Use the navigation menu to select the BrandMaker module for which you want to view the documentation, for example Jobs (Job Manager) or Assets (Media Pool):

   

3. In the selected module, click Service in the navigation bar, then click Help:

   

4. The version-specific documentation for the selected module opens in a new tab or window:

   

5. You have successfully opened the documentation for the BrandMaker module you're using, and can now browse it while using the module.
