How do I log in to Allocadia?

Allocadia is web-based. This article covers the login URL, password setup, Single Sign-On, and what to do if you can't get in.

The login URL

Allocadia is accessed at secure.allocadia.com in any modern web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari). Bookmark this URL.

  • If your organization uses Single Sign-On, attempting to log in via this page typically redirects you to your organization's SSO interface.

Setting your password for the first time

When your admin creates your user account, you'll receive a welcome email from Allocadia with a link to set your password. The link expires after a limited time window.

If the welcome email never arrives:

  1. Check Junk / Spam folders.
  2. Search your mail for the term Allocadia.
  3. Ask your IT team to check spam quarantine.
  4. Ask your admin to re-send your welcome email.

Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Go to secure.allocadia.com/resetpassword.
  2. Enter your work email — the one your admin used to create your account.
  3. Check your inbox for the reset email.
  4. Click the link in the email and set a new password.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your organization uses SSO, you may not need an Allocadia password at all. Instead:

  1. Go to secure.allocadia.com.
  2. The login screen redirects you to your identity provider (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, etc.).
  3. Sign in with your corporate credentials.
  4. You're returned to Allocadia, signed in.

Some users may need both — for example, users with API access enabled have a local Allocadia password in addition to SSO. See Does my SSO user need a separate password to use the Allocadia API?

What if I can't get in?

Try in order:

  1. Check your URL. It must be secure.allocadia.com — not an old bookmark.
  2. Try incognito / private mode. Stale cookies sometimes block login.
  3. Try a different browser.
  4. Use Forgot Password if you suspect your password is wrong.
  5. Contact Support with the time you attempted login and any error message you see.
